At Magnate Horizons, we are committed to providing high-quality services to help your business grow. However, due to the nature of the services we provide, we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Service-Specific Refund Policy
Refunds are not typically provided once a service has been initiated. However, we will consider refund requests under the following conditions:
- Digital Marketing Services:
Once a campaign or project has begun, refunds are not applicable. If you decide to cancel a campaign early, we will provide a pro-rated credit for the unused portion of the service. - Branding & Design Services:
Once the initial design draft has been provided, no refunds will be issued. If there are concerns or dissatisfaction, we will offer revisions as per the terms in the service agreement. - Consulting Services:
If you are unsatisfied with the initial consultation, we will offer a partial refund for sessions that were not conducted, provided the request is made before any consultation work has begun. - Custom Services (Web Development, Marketing Campaigns, Full Branding Overhaul):
For custom projects, a 50% deposit is required before starting work. If a project is canceled before work has begun, the deposit will be refunded. Once work has started, no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Requests
To request a refund, please contact us at info@magnatehorizons.com within 7 days of receiving the service. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to the payment method used.
3. Exemptions
The following situations are exempt from refunds:
- Services provided that are not refundable according to the terms in the agreement.
- Any promotional offers, discounted packages, or bundled services, unless stated otherwise.
4. Payment and Refund Processing
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 10-15 business days. Please note that the actual time for the funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment gateway.
5. Changes to Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy periodically. The latest version will be posted on this page. You will be notified if there are any significant changes to this policy.
